Why Cooking?

From a young age I was constantly in the kitchen. Therefore when graduating I wanted a culinary education from one of the best schools in Canada.

Singaporean Salted Egg Yolk Crab

My dad, Heston Blumenthal, Raymond Blanc 

 

Things I like to do when I am not cooking:

Go knife shopping!

 

Being a Member of Youth team Canada:

Being a member of Youth Team Canada is right up my alley, I’m ultra-competitive and being on the team keeps me sharp, keeps my hunger for winning alive, and reminds me that I have a team of people that I can rely on.
