My parents have always supported me throughout my journey into the culinary field and inspired me to follow my dreams and make them into a reality. My coworkers have also been a huge inspiration to me, helping me and leading me to success

Being a member of Youth Team Canada:
Being a member of Youth Team Canada is a true honor. Competing in black boxes throughout Culinary school is where my love for competitions started. I have learned so many new techniques and skills and working with Team Canada will present my next challenge of competing against teams from around the world. Being able to work with such a talented team means so much to me and I can't wait for what the future holds!
