Culinary Youth Team Canada is a thoroughly Canadian national team, with team members from the provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. Three of the nine members are graduates of The Culinary Institute of Canada, located in Prince Edward Island, which is the team's home base and training centre. The team was carefully selected based on experience, personality, drive, dedication and their willingness to dedicate two years of their lives to this project. The team is diverse, but has one common goal - to bring home gold!
